The following return policy applies to all items sold on Jelly Crackers Merch, LLC.
All orders are final unless the product is damaged. Prior to shipping our products, we maintain that all items have been inspected. Contact us within 48 hours with details regarding the damaged product.
If you ordered clothing ie lingerie, novelty socks, you can exchange it for another size provided the item has not been worn or washed. Must be in original manufacturer’s packaging. You are responsible for ALL shipping costs, which will include re-shipping the new item(s) to you. This will be outlined in your Return Authorization email from us as we still give you payment and shipping options. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, return it. It’s easy! You may return it with your original sales receipt, gift receipt or original packing slip. We will happily exchange the item or refund your full purchase price (less applicable shipping) within 15 days from the ship date.
If you received the wrong item or the item was defective/damaged you will incur no additional shipping charges. We will email you with a USPS pre-paid postage label for you to print out, attach to the box, and drop off at your nearest post office or have your own mailman pick up. Once we receive your return, we will re-ship your new item and you will be emailed your new tracking number.
Customizable Merchandise and Products are Non-Refundable. Please contact us immediately within 24-48 hours upon receipt of your order at [email protected] if there is problem with your customization order.
