Return and Refund Policy

The following returns policy applies to all items sold on Jelly Crackers Merch, LLC.

All orders are final unless the product is damaged or expired. All claims for damaged or expired product must be made with 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged or expired during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product or the expired products.

If you ordered clothing and are unhappy with the size/design, you can exchange it for another size provided the item has not been washed, worn, and is in re-sellable condition. Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. You are responsible for ALL shipping costs, which will include re-shipping the new item(s) to you. This will be outlined in your Return Authorization email from us as we still give you payment and shipping options.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, return it. It’s easy! You may return it with your original sales receipt, gift receipt or original packing slip. We will happily exchange the item or refund your full purchase price (less applicable shipping) within 15 days from the ship date.

If you received the wrong item or the item was defective/damaged you will incur no additional shipping charges. We will email you with a USPS pre-paid postage label for you to print out, attach to the box, and drop off at your nearest post office or have your own mailman pick up. Once we receive your return, we will re-ship your new item and you will be emailed your new tracking number.

Customizable Merchandise and Products are Non-Refundable. Please contact us immediately within 24-48 hours upon receipt of your order at info@jellycrackersmerch.com if there is problem with your customization order.
